Production Time (The "Making" Phase) All of our art is made to order. This means we print and frame your piece just for you after your order is placed.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your art to be printed, framed, and quality-checked before it ships.

Shipping Time (The "Moving" Phase) Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number immediately.

  • USA: 3–7 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs).

Total Delivery Estimates Most US orders arrive within 7–12 days of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your art arrives damaged (it happens!), please send us a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement free of charge immediately. We insure all our shipments so you never lose money on a broken frame.
